NeuroVera Ingredients: What’s Inside and What the Evidence Says

NeuroVera's current Nutraville page identifies six ingredients. The another seller page contains a conflicting ingredient count, so this page separates current seller information from independent research.

Formula transparency: Nutraville currently describes six ingredients, while the another seller page says nine and names five. We do not invent the missing items.
Human research

Bacopa monnieri

Systematic reviews of randomized trials suggest Bacopa may improve some memory or attention measures, but results vary by extract, dose and outcome.

Early human evidence

Lion’s Mane

A small randomized trial in adults with mild cognitive impairment reported better cognitive-function scores during supplementation. This is not evidence that NeuroVera itself produces the same result.

Limited cognitive evidence

Gotu Kola

Gotu Kola has a long history of traditional use, but the evidence base for the specific memory/focus outcomes promoted for NeuroVera is much thinner than the Bacopa literature.

Nutrient

DHA

DHA is an omega-3 fatty acid found in brain and retinal tissue. Its presence does not by itself establish a cognitive benefit from this dose or formula.

Early/limited evidence

Shilajit

Shilajit is marketed for energy and cognitive support, but evidence for NeuroVera's intended outcomes is not equivalent to finished-product clinical evidence.

Limited direct evidence

Schisandra

Schisandra has been studied in several experimental contexts, but direct human evidence for the exact cognitive outcomes claimed for NeuroVera is limited.

Next step: If you want to judge whether these ingredients translate into real-world results, read the NeuroVera effectiveness evidence review. For safety questions, see the NeuroVera safety guide.

Ingredient evidence is not finished-product evidence

This is the most important point. An ingredient study may use a different extract, dose, population or formulation. Combining ingredients can also change the evidence picture.

Evidence levelMeaningConclusion
Finished-product RCTNeuroVera itself tested in humansStrongest direct evidence — not identified in our review
Comparable formulationSimilar multi-ingredient formula testedSome relevance, but indirect
Ingredient RCTOne ingredient tested under specific conditionsSupports an ingredient hypothesis, not NeuroVera as a whole
